JUBILEE LADIES CHOIR
The Choir at The Ark, Needham Market
The Jubilee Ladies Choir has been established for 22 years with some of it's original members still singing with us. We meet every Tuesday evening at 7:30 at The Ark, Needham Market, Suffolk. We are a very friendly group who share a love of singing. We are always looking for new members and would make you very welcome.
Our Musical Director is Kevin Bates. Kevin provides us with a variety of music to sing from Mozart to popular musical classics as well as many interesting and challenging compositions from his own library. See below for some examples of pieces we have sung recently in concerts and during our more informal weekly meetings.
We have a varied calendar performing at weddings and giving recitals at local events - usually finishing with a couple of Christmas concerts held at local churches, ending with refreshments and with luck some of Di's very warming mulled wine.
This year we have been invited to contribute to the Christmas edition of Songs of Praise. This should be a very interesting and rewarding experience.
